If you have received the email and are a winner, simply follow the instructions on the email within 30 days of receiving it.

Winners for all prize draws operated are selected randomly by computer within 24 hours of the prize draw closing date.

Do people really win?

Yes. The prizes are real and they're updated from time to time.

How long do I have to claim a prize?
